If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve received, we are happy to accept returns and issue credit notes/replacements. How do I know if an Item is eligible for exchange or return?

We offer exchange or a credit note in case you change your mind – please read the description carefully before purchasing, the company is not liable to bear the cost of shipping for the same.

However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we might now be able to process a return and exchange your product. Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
  • Certain products for which the product page explicitly states as β€œFinal Sale”. We recommend you read the product-specific return policy on each product’s page on our website.
  • Any returned item that is received in damaged condition, or with parts missing, or is not in its original shape
  • All tableware and dinnerware products might not fit the criteria due to hygiene conditions.
  • In case you do not wish to pay for the return shipping for the product
  • *all discounted sales are final – please read the descriptions properly before buying*

All our products are handmade by experienced artisans, one piece at a time, making each piece unique. Due to this process, a slight variation in colour tone, shape or size may occur between products which is not regarded as a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the recipient refuses the package.

Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?

We offer a reverse-pickup service for many, but not all, pin codes. In case you choose to arrange for a reverse pick-up, the shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
If your pin code is not serviceable, don’t worry. You can still return the product(s) by shipping them to us at Shop No. 12, Shopping Centre, Ambabari, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302039. In such cases, restocking fees will not be charged.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at care@morcee.in within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at care@morcee.in
Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 24 hrs. Of the delivery.Β If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’d be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.

Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in the form of credit coupon of the same value.

CREDIT NOTES/GIFT CARDS are valid for life – you can use them for fresh or sale items, there is no restriction on the use or time for them – your money is safe with us.

What if I have received a damaged product?

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request within 12 hours of the delivery of receiving your order. Once the exchange request is approved, we will you provide replacement of the same product only with no variations. If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).

  • STEP 1 – To return your shipment please go to β€œMy Orders” select β€œReturn Requested” by selecting the order/product you want to return and state the reason for the return.
  • STEP 2 – We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 4-5 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
  • STEP 3 – Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will process the return request case on case basis.

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

Shipping of Products – Head over to β€˜My Orders’ to keep an eye on your package. You can also use the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. We’ll drop in a mail with the details shortly after your order is placed.

Order Tracking – Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner’s website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

What is the process to return a product?

First, we do not offer cash refunds please read the description properly before buying. If your location is eligible for a reverse pick-up, our courier partner will provide you with a date and time for the pick-up. Otherwise, please arrange for the product to be shipped to us at Shop No. 12, Shopping centre Ambabari, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302039.

  • Once your return is received, our operations team will inspect each product and approve the refund. Please allow 7-14 days for the processing of returns.
  • Once the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the following manner:
  • A credit note will be issued to you on email which can be used at any given time in the future in full capacity for fresh and sale items.
  • What about the refundable amount?
  • Please note that only the product cost (less restocking fee, if applicable) will be refundable. Costs related to shipping, COD charges, custom packaging, etc. will not be eligible for a refund.

How long will it take to process my return?

It usually takes 20-25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund. We know – no one likes to pay for shipping (us included!). You expect your products to reach you safe and sound, timely, and free of shipping charges. Well, we hear you, which is why we offer nominal shipping across India on all orders. So shop your heart out and leave the shipping hassles to us!

Do I have to pay for shipping?

  • Yes, we do charge shipping for small orders.
  • For orders under INR. 1499/- is INR 150 only
  • For orders above INR 1499/- is free shipping in India

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

  • Due to the newly update government regulations on Lock down – we are facing a delivery time from 5-15 days depending on the state of lock down in your area. We thank you for your patience during this time.
  • All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 7 to 14 working days for the order to reach you based on your location.
  • For urgent deliveries please WhatsApp us at +91-7689807770 and we will help you out, we will ship by air and try get the order to you at the earliest. (*Urgent air orders will be charged as per the courier partners)

Shipping time for following areas after dispatch:-

  • Delhi & NCR – 3 to 5 days
  • Mumbai, other area in Maharashtra, Pune and Chhattisgarh – 6 to 9 days
  • States in Southern India/States in Eastern India – 6 to 10 days
  • States in Northern India – 4 to 10 days
  • States in Northern East India – 9 to 14 days

Since we rely on our courier partners for delivery, this can vary due to factors that are outside our control. We request you to keep 2-3 days extra in hand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?

Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.
